Refund Policy

We want every artifact from the vortex to delight you. Because readings are personalized digital goods generated on demand, our policy is built around making things right quickly.

Failed or defective deliveries

If your reading fails to generate, arrives blank or corrupted, or clearly malfunctions, contact support [at] madamvortex [dot] com within 14 days. We will regenerate it free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Change of mind

If a one-time reading has not yet been generated, we will refund it in full. Once a reading has been generated and delivered, it is a completed personalized digital service; refunds for delivered readings are granted at our reasonable discretion.

Subscriptions

Cancel the Daily Fortune subscription any time via the Stripe customer portal; you keep access through the end of the paid period. If a billing error occurs (double charge, post-cancellation charge), we will refund it promptly.

How refunds are processed

All refunds are reviewed and issued by a human — never an automated system — and are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. Contact: support [at] madamvortex [dot] com.
